"Good Visit, But I Expected a Bit More"
I’ve always been a fan of this place, so I was really looking forward to the dolphin experience. The trainers clearly knew a ton and you can tell they care about the dolphins, which I appreciated. That said, some of the answers felt a little rushed, and I left wishing we had more time to ask questions and really take it all in. I still like the brand and want to keep coming back, but this visit didn’t quite live up to what I’ve come to expect from them...

"Fun family visit, just a bit pricey for photos"
We went with our two kids, and I wasn’t totally sure at first if they’d be into it, but they ended up having a really fun time. The staff were patient and explained everything in a way that was easy for them to understand, which I really appreciated. It felt safe and not too rushed, so we could actually enjoy it instead of feeling stressed. My only little complaint is that the photo prices felt a bit high, but maybe that’s just me. Overall, we had a great experience

"Awesome Close-Up Dolphin Experience"
We had such a great time! The dolphins came really close, and the trainers were super patient and let us take our time enjoying the moment. I think other customers would really appreciate how relaxed and friendly the whole experience felt.

"I had to cancel my booking…"
I had to cancel my booking and was expecting it to be a bit of a headache, but it was really straightforward. Support got back to me quickly and basically said, “No worries, we’ll get the refund processed,” and that’s exactly what happened. The money came through like they told me it would. Super relieved it wasn’t stressful at all

"I stopped in and felt like…"
I stopped in and felt like the staff were watching us really closely the whole time, which made it hard to relax and shop comfortably. I get that stores need to keep an eye on things, but it came across as a bit much. Just a heads-up for anyone planning to visit, your experience may be fine, but I’d suggest going in knowing you might feel monitored

"Fun dolphins, but way too rushed"
Getting to spend time with the dolphins was really cool, and they were amazing to see up close. But the whole experience felt rushed, like really rushed, and I kept feeling like we barely had enough time to enjoy it. For the price, I expected a bit more. It just felt pricey for what we actually got, and the rushed feeling made it harder to relax and enjoy the moment.

"Nice staff, just bad timing on my part"
The staff were super nice and really helpful. I think I just came in at a bad time, so things felt a little off, but everyone I dealt with was friendly and did their best.

"Not worth it anymore"
I don’t think it’s worth it. It might have seemed okay at first, but then the terms changed and suddenly it didn’t feel like the same deal I signed up for. Super frustrating when you agree to one thing and it changes later. I wouldn’t bother again.

"Worth It, Even If My Wallet Disagreed"
We ended up getting the photo package after our Dolphin Quest visit, i’m glad we did. The pictures were actually really clear, the colors looked great, and they captured a bunch of sweet little moments we definitely would’ve missed trying to take photos on our phones like amateurs. Downloading them was easy too, which was a pleasant surprise because apparently not everything has to be complicated. It wasn’t exactly cheap, because of course it wasn’t, but for the memories, it was worth it. My kids keep looking at them, so I guess that says it all. 5 stars from us.

A storm rolled in and they ended up moving our time without making it a big hassle, which I appreciated. That said, after I paid I did start to feel a little unsure because the updates weren’t coming as quickly as I expected. Everything worked out in the end, but I wish they had been a bit more proactive with communication

"A Really Special Family Experience"
We did Dolphin Quest on our family trip, and it ended up being one of the best parts of the whole vacation. The trainers were super kind and explained everything in a way that was easy for the kids to understand, and the dolphins seemed really well cared for. It’s definitely not the cheapest activity, and there were a couple small things I wouldn’t call perfect, but nothing that took away from the experience. My kids are still talking about it days later, so for us, it was absolutely worth it for the memory.

"Hoping the dolphins are cared for properly"
I visited and just found myself hoping the dolphins are being treated well behind the scenes. It’s something that would be completely avoidable if they’re not being cared for the right way, so I really hope their well-being is a top priority

"Fun Visit With the Kids"
We went as a group of 6 it worked out well. Check-in was easy, and the staff made sure we stayed together, which I really appreciated. The only thing was it did feel a little rushed once another group came in after us. But overall, it was still a fun experience, and the kids were talking about it all day.

"I had a good visit…"
I had a good visit overall. The conservation info actually felt genuine, not like the usual polished script places sometimes give you. That said, I kept wishing they’d go a little deeper, because you can tell there’s probably a lot more going on behind the scenes than they’re letting on. Not in a bad way, just one of those “okay, what’s the real story here?” feelings. Still a nice experience, I just wanted more details.

"Fun and actually learned a lot"
We went mainly to see the dolphins, but we ended up learning so much too. The staff explained everything in a really simple way, not boring or lecture-y at all, and my kids were still talking about the facts after we left. I liked that it wasn’t just standing around watching animals either. There was actually good info about how they live and what we can do to help protect the ocean. Really great experience.

"Pretty clean, I guess"
The bathrooms looked clean for the most part, though I did notice a few wet spots here and there. So, overall not bad, but I’m not totally sure I’d call them spotless

"The ramps made things easier"
The wheelchair ramps helped a lot. Obviously, having a safe and easy way to get in and out makes a big difference, and these did exactly what they were supposed to do

"Such a Heartwarming Dolphin Experience"
They absolutely loved the dolphins! It was so sweet to see how excited and happy they were the whole time. it turned into one of those special memories that just makes your heart feel full
